Delivery Attempts

If you or an authorized recipient are unavailable to receive the package, our logistics partners will generally make up to three delivery attempts over three consecutive days. If the package remains undeliverable after these attempts, the order will be returned to our facility. In such cases, the order may be subject to cancellation, and the original shipping costs will be deducted from any eligible refunds.
