Orders & Shipping

On typical business days, our experienced team will try to assess and authorize your order within 45 to 60 minutes. We strive to finish it in three hours on the weekends.
We will send you an email and a text message with tracking information once your order is verified. These will also be kept in your patient record so you can look them up later.
You can use your phone to keep an eye on your order. If you chose to have it delivered to your door and it hasn’t come yet, please reply to your confirmation email to get updates. Look in the Contact Us section for help if you haven’t gotten a confirmation email yet.
Please call or email us if you obtain the wrong item or one that is broken. Our team will check into the issue and get back to you as soon as they can. Once we give the go-ahead, our delivery partner will pick up the wrong item and bring the right one.
You can cancel your order if it hasn’t delivered yet. Cancellations are not accepted after the delivery is successful. But if your item is broken or late, you might be able to get your money back. Please read our Delivery & Refund Policy for all the details.
